TERMS AND CONDITIONS | CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking direct we provide our guests with a specially discounted and competitive price. Payment is therefore required in full, paid online or by phone at the time of booking.

Unlike motels and hotels, Taj on Byrnes is a single and exclusively available Apartment. Most of our guests plan their trips and stays in advance, so in the event of a cancellation it is sometimes unlikely that we will fill the same date at short notice.

It is greatly appreciated if you can contact us as soon as you wish to cancel so that we can assist you as best as possible.

❇️ If you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking a full refund is available.

❇️ You are welcome to cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
